Meet our dedicated owner, Carson!
Carson Lee is a long-time resident of the Dayton area. Growing up in a military family, and attaining the rank of Eagle Scout, Carson takes pride in integrity, honesty, and service. He works with his customers and staff each step of the way to ensure the job gets done right. In the industry since 2011, owning his own roofing and construction business is Carson’s dream. Though he takes pride in all aspects of roofing, working and living in Ohio has led to a passion for quick, efficient, and transparent repairs to storm-damaged homes.
Carson considers himself a natural introvert but values genuine customer and employee relationships above all else in his professional life. He is usually running around with his boys and newly adopted golden retriever when he's not working.
Something that may surprise you about Carson is that he has decades of fish enthusiasm! Over the years, he has owned a variety of fish tanks and aquatic pets.
Meet our new operations manager, Josh!
We are excited to have Josh as our Operations Manager. Josh Bear has been in the roofing industry for 25 years. He has covered various roles in his career including residential installations and repairs(in his younger years), as well as residential and commercial sales and supervision roles. He also spent time in material distrubution, working directly with roofing, siding and window manufacturers handling warranty and product knowledge. Josh is a true local who grew up in Huber Heights and currently lives in Vandalia. His customer service and professionalism align perfectly with Monster Roofing's dedication to providing the best home inprovement experience!
